Warning! 30 Days of Contradiction

An Oprah Winfrey show featured an experiment with an ending that was too predictable.
Here's the scenario:

A guest is introduced as being “conservative, religious, and straight”. Subsequently, he adds that “he thinks homosexuality is immoral.” He then agrees to live with a homosexual for thirty days as an experiment. This “experiment” was to be televised on FX some time in the future. To make a predictable story short, the gentleman went to a gay bar for the first time, and was repulsed. Eventually, he went again, had a few drinks, and ended up enjoying himself. Thankfully, not too much as to become a homosexual. Additionally, he went to a meeting where an older gentleman spoke to him about his experience with a loved one living a homosexual lifestyle. Again the result was quite predictable because:

1) Oprah would never run a segment that didn’t cater to her worldview.

2) The gentleman shows his ignorance from the start by saying “I think” homosexuality is immoral.

The gentleman’s “religion” caused him to conclude, “if I had a daughter, I would want her to be able to marry and have the same rights as others”. His morality didn’t last very long because he was deceived. He forgot that he, his daughter, homosexuals and the rest of us must someday stand before God and give an account for our lifestyles.

There are some things we should know:

Warning #1 - All should know that homosexual is immoral because God says so. It is a terrible thing to disagree with God. (God’s opinion is the only valid opinion)

Warning #2 - Sexual perversion, drunkenness and the neglect of God’s principles has been the downfall of every great nation in recorded history. We are on that downward slope.

Warning #3 - Although God loves the sinner, he hates the sin and cannot co-exist with it. Therefore, anyone that does not come to Him in perfection will be separated from Him throughout eternity. God is no respecter of persons.

Warning #4 – None of us are perfect. Does this mean we are all doomed? Let it not be so; we have been given a way of escape, a pardon in full, a free gift but, we must reach out and take hold of it. God so loved His creation that He gave Christ as a living sacrifice for the sins of the world.

Warning #5 – consider Christ, nothing else will satisfy.
