Answers to questions:

Explain Once Saved always saved! Can you do whatever you want and still be saved?

Fantastic question; the short answer, while shocking, is Yes.
But, this comes to mind:
The key is whether or not a person is sincere. If one has genuinely trusted Christ Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior then they can never lose their salvation. That said; they will not want to do as they choose because they will desire to do what He wants.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. John 10:27-28

Any individual that had a time in their life where they have died to self and put their trust in The Lord Jesus Christ is, and will be, saved.
That being settled; the scripture is also clear that works, after salvation, counts. Some will bear good fruit and others will be out of God’s will and their works will be worthless. With that said they still will go to heaven, although they may smell-of-smoke. :) Barely escaping the fire. This reveals the fact that there will be different levels of rewards in heaven.

If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. 1 Cor. 3:14-15

We do not know an individuals heart and thus cannot know it they are truly saved but we can see fruit, or the lack there of.

A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Matthew 7:18-20

A child of God cannot live continually in sin. The prodigal son moved to the pig-pin but it wasn’t his home. He, eventually, had to go home because he was a son, and not a pig. A pig enjoys being in the pig-pin.

Those who claim to be Christian and continually live like the world may have never been saved. Therefore, we don’t condemn them we pray that the Lord draws them to Himself. We should never be shocked at what sin does; it corrupts behavior. We don’t become sinners because we sin; we sin because we are sinners. Selah

They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. 1 John 2:19
