The things of this world are contrary to God, things that man esteem are actually odd. Money for money's-sake drives men to love self, contrary to appearances temporal things aren't wealth: To see the contradiction, our ways are not the best, look around if there's doubt mankind has flunked the test: Families, friends and a world that's been entrusted to us, all have gone astray contrary to God We Trust. Power, war, sexual perversion immorality becoming norm, winking at sin in the open rejecting purity's form. The things of this world are contrary to God, Christ's coming someday to judge with iron rod. |
