The Senate shows it's true nature. The UNcanny ability to be UNdecided, like their counterparts at the UN (United Nations), the Senate goes the route of resolution after resolution, without resolution. We are now in UN limbo; UNable to let the issue of filibustering Judicial nominees die and UNlikely to satisfy the constituents on either side.

The Rhetoric:

The Republicans, UNeasy about using the constitutional option have stated that they reserve the right to use it, if necessary. You see, these extreme Liberals are blocking Judicial nominees, this was totally UNexperienced in over 200 years of Senate tradition. It is clearly routine obstruction.

The Democrats, UNwilling to relinquish the filibuster have stated that they reserve the right to use it in extraordinary circumstances, if necessary. Having done away with the nuclear option. You see, these Conservatives are trying to push through the worst right-wing out of the mainstream extreme Judges. This is UNacceptable. The filibuster reserves over 200 years of checks and balances.

End of Rhetoric? Not likely.

This stalemate may be headed to an UNnecessary clash at the Supreme Court.

An UNofficial prediction is this:

An UNworthy person (one with Christian values), in the Democrats view, will be nominated for the Supreme Court. This will meet the extraordinary circumstance threshold and the filibuster will be considered. The Republicans, UNphased by this will threaten the nuclear option or something like it.

Meanwhile, the public (that's us) will be will be right back where we were a few days ago. Waiting for our leaders to UNite and be decisive. As I stated earlier, this not UNfamiliar to us, it's not UNexampled, the UN has led the way. UNduly afraid that someone will use the nuclear option, the UN has been UNfruitful in reproducing any solid solutions. It's an organization with a lot of UNfinished business which eventually leads to tragic consequences; wars, rumors of wars, famine etc.

UNsure the Senate's issues are this serious? Don't be so sure. Any individual, organization or nation that is UNgovernable or UNinformed in the ways of God is destined for destruction.

Being an UNgodly institution, UNwilling to agree to solve issues God's way, a foundation for right and wrong is UNrealized.

UNfortunately, the Senate is UNfit to agree and therefore taking the UN Option, UNgodliness.
