Dumbledore is Gay!

One of the skeptics’ favorite questions is: "Can God create a rock too heavy for Him to lift?" Here is the best answer I ever heard: "God wouldn't do this because He never does anything that is ridiculous."

This, once again, cannot be attributed to mankind. The Harry Potter writer's declaration that Dumbledore, a central Potter character, is gay is clear evidence of this; how ridiculous! This would be hilarious if not for the fact that her (JK Rowling) followers, after a reflective pause, applauded the declaration.

I must admit that I was completely against the Harry Potter series; as it has no long term value for children but even I had softened my stance until this stunt. Yet again, the heart of man, which truly is desperately wicked (Jeremiah 17:9), comes to the forefront. This is either a planned ploy to introduce a character to children, portray him as normal or acceptable and then reveal him as gay; or a spur of the moment decision to boost a lifestyle choice that is destructive and will never be right.

My prayer is that God's judgment is laced with mercy. No sin goes unpunished. Nothing good can ever come from doing something that clearly displeases God.

The skeptic might want to think the question through: Where would a rock land, that God created, that is too heavy for Him to lift?
